After a quick tour of strategies to spark the imagination; you'll explore Delaware county's cultural treasures and opportunities.
Next, you and your neighbors will envision a vibrant arts and culture future for every corner of Delaware county.
Then we'll close with next steps, thank you's, and a push out the door to enjoy a stunning spring evening in Muncie.
